They will analyze the “comps” in your area and make the determination as to which houses are to be used as true comparables. This will give you an accurate idea of the price to list and sell your home. Even though technology has come a long way, it is not at the point of complete accuracy in evaluating homes. So, trust your local expert and let him or her give you a true picture of your local market.
